Student Registration

  • The Central Registration Office provides assistance with the enrollment of your child(ren) in our district.  On this page you will find the necessary forms, guidelines, and information pertaining to the registration process - the first step of enrollment, as well as forms pertaining to residency.  

    Online Registration

    We are pleased to offer online student registration.  You may begin that process by clicking on the appropriate link below through FamilyID.  Please follow the instructions included. If you have any questions, please contact the Registrar using the contact information located to the right.

    Paper or PDF Registration

    If you prefer to register your child(ren) in another manner, we offer the following additional options for your convenience:

    • You may come, in person, to the Central Registration Office.  We are located within Homer High School (Room 150)

    • You may download and complete the fillable PDF Registration Packet, located to the right under Documents. 

    • You may print off and complete the same PDF Registration Packet.

    • You may request a Registration Packet be mailed to you.

    If you have recently moved and need to change your address or if you need to update your transportation, please download the appropriate form located to the right under Documents. 

    If you are a resident of Homer Central School District and your child is attending a Non-Public/Private school and you are seeking transportation, please complete the Application for Transportation To Non-Public School form located to the right under Documents. 


    Home Instruction Information

    Coordination of Homer's Home Instruction has been transferred to the Onondaga-Cortland-Madison BOCES Educational Programs Department. Please submit all letters of intent, IHIPs, assessments, reports and any questions or concerns to the OCM BOCES Educational Programs office. Visit the BOCES website at  Here you can find information and any form that you may need.
