The Homer Athletic Department is thrilled to announce the appointment of Greg Roskos as the new head coach of the football program. With a proven track record of success and a passion for developing young athletes, Coach Roskos brings a wealth of experience and expertise to carry on the tradition of Homer Trojan football.

Coach Roskos developed his coaching skills at various collegiate levels. With successful stints at the University of Minnesota, University of Toledo, and SUNY Cortland, Coach Roskos has a proven track record of success.

“Coach Roskos' resume speaks for itself,” Homer Athletic Director Todd Lisi said. “We couldn’t be more excited for him to lead our program and carry on the Homer football tradition."

Roskos replaces former head coach Gary Podsiedlik, who retired after the 2023 season following 41 years with the program.
