Students will need to have a physical within one year prior to the start of the sport they are signing up for in order to be approved to participate. If a student does not have an up-to-date physical, our school Nurse Practitioner can complete the physical for them with parental consent. Our Nurse Practitioner will be on-site every Thursday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.  Please contact the school nurse's offices for any questions regarding physicals.
