How can the Guidance Office help you?

The main function of the guidance department is to help you better understand yourself through individual counseling, appropriate classroom placement, and through group sessions on such topics as self-exploration, decision-making, study skills, testing, careers and the world of work. We are prepared to help you with both academic and personal problems. If a situation occurs that cannot be handled in school, we can refer you to another counselor or agency in the community.
